Speeddating with potential employees

The speeddate sessions form the perfect instrument for targeting specific groups of potential employees. Navingo BV will select candidates in specific categories for you, minimalizing the chance you miss out on people. 

 


Why participate in the speeddate sessions?

  • Pre-selection of candidates by experience HR Managers
  • Candidates with appropiate educational background, education level and working experience
  • Face to face contact in 3 minute chats
  • Minimalising the chance you miss out on people.

    During the day, you wil participate in multiple speeddate sessions. During each session, a specific group of candidates will be presenting themselves to you. You will speak to every one of them during a 3 minute speeddate. These sessions take place right on the exhibition floor. If one of the candidates matches your exact requirements, your can easily continue your conversation afterwards, at your booth.

 

Pre-selection

Event organizer Navingo BV will ask you in advance to send either specific job descriptions or give a more general description of what kind of candidates your are looking for. Based on this information, you will be invited to participate in matching speed date sessions. The composition of the sessions will be based upon the following characteristics:

  • Educational backgrond (nautical / technical)
  • Education level (intermediate vocational education, higher vocational education, University)
  • Working experience (starter, young professional, senior)

Ambiton and personal characteristics will also be part of the selection criteria. Candidates interested in participating in the speeddate sessions submit their resumé in advance. Navingo's experienced HR Manager will be selecting the best candidates in each category.
